You will read blueprints, analyze data, and negotiate terms to deliver accurate, competitive bids. This is a hands-on position with growth potential in a leading heavy civil contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years estimating heavy civil self-perform projects.
• Degree in construction management or civil engineering preferred.
• Proficient in HCSS and blueprints interpretation.
• Experience estimating underground utilities, site work, drainage, and roadways.
• Strong contract management, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to read technical documents and perform data-driven estimates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil projects.
• Lead value engineering and cost optimization.
• Coordinate with project teams on schedules using MS Project.
• Review drawings and technical specs for accurate estimates.
