Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, and site conditions; record findings for final estimate.
• Analyze bid risks, strategies, and present estimates to senior management for review.
• Coordinate with field operations to ensure scope understanding and methods.
• Develop relationships to increase regional bid opportunities.
