Qualifications

6+ years of healthcare/ healthcare consulting experience.
MBA/MS or BA/BS in accounting/ finance or related healthcare field.
Experience with revenue cycle in hospital or large health system.
Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; CSP/BI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Assess current performance of healthcare client operations via interviews, observations, documents, data-driven insights and process mapping.
Lead financial and operational analyses, including 13-week cash flow forecasts and pro forma models.
Develop KPI metrics and drive narrative for deliverables and presentations.
Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
Design and implement leading practice workflows to improve quality and financial outcomes.
Lead multiple work streams, manage priorities with senior leaders, and ensure timely delivery.
Build trusted client relationships and support transition and hand-off plans to sustain improvements.
Contribute to business development through proposals and identifying engagement opportunities.
