Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with healthcare clients, performing data-driven analyses and leading multiple workstreams. You will develop KPI metrics, create solutions, and present outcomes to senior stakeholders.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with senior leaders, and contribute to business development efforts while delivering transformational value in healthcare engagements.

Qualifications

• Six+ years in healthcare consulting or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with revenue cycle, hospital operations, or healthcare finance.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiarity with BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare engagements with data-driven analyses and KPI development.
• Manage multiple workstreams and timelines under senior leaders' guidance.
• Develop client-ready deliverables and presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior staff throughout project lifecycles.
