Qualifications

• I think a minimum of six (6) years of prior work experience in healthcare, consulting or healthcare industry with a healthcare focus.
• BA/BS degree and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH.
• Experience with revenue cycle management and healthcare data analyses.

Responsabilités

• Assess and lead financial and operational analyses for healthcare engagements, including advanced modeling and KPI metrics.
• Lead data collection and analyses to develop KPI metrics and drive narrative development for deliverables.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to create clear recommendations.
• Design and implement leading-practice workflows to improve healthcare operations and financial outcomes.
• Manage day-to-day workstreams within a project and coordinate with senior leaders.
