Alvarez & Marsal (A&M) is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Healthcare Industry Group. You will lead financial and operational analyses, develop KPI metrics, and synthesize data into actionable recommendations for healthcare clients.

Qualifications

• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA or MPH.
• Demonstrated expertise with revenue cycle in healthcare or related domains.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Power BI and benchmarking data.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial and operational analyses for healthcare engagements, including advanced financial modeling and performance assessments.
• Perform data collection and analyses to develop KPI metrics and drive narrative development for deliverables.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to business development through proposals and pitch materials.
• Coach and mentor junior staff while managing multiple workstreams and ensuring on-time delivery.
