Qualifikationen

• Six+ years of healthcare/consulting experience; diverse healthcare focus.
• Degree requirements include BA/BS and an MBA/MS in related fields such as Accounting or Finance.
• Experience with revenue cycle in hospitals or large health systems.

Aufgaben

• Assess current performance of healthcare client operations using interviews, observations, data review and process mapping.
• Lead financial and operational analyses including cash flow forecasts and pro forma models.
• Develop KPI metrics and drive narrative development for deliverables and presentations.
• Synthesize data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement leading practice workflows to improve quality and financial outcomes.
• Lead various workstreams and manage timelines with senior leaders.
• Develop transition plans and ensure sustainable improvements.
