NELSON Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Designer for our Healthcare Practice. The role leads design and construction documentation, guiding teams to deliver compliant, high-quality drawings and specifications forHospital/Medical Center projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with project teams, developing design concepts, presenting to clients, and mentoring staff. Strong healthcare project experience and proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit are required.

• Lead the preparation of construction documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams and consultants.
• Develop design concepts and present to clients.
• Ensure code compliance and quality assurance.
• Mentor teammates and participate in evaluations.
• Experience with healthcare design projects.

• Lead team in the delivery of construction documents.
• Coordinate with PM and stakeholders to meet goals.
• Conduct client presentations and design reviews.
• Develop and maintain project work plans and schedules.
• Prepare and organize project documentation and transmittals.
