NELSON Worldwide, LLC seeks a Technical Designer II for our Healthcare Practice. You will support project administration, design development, and drawing production across phases, working with the team to complete project milestones.

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required, with a focus on healthcare facilities. Responsibilities include documenting construction details, updating design packages, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with Nelson standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Interest in Healthcare Design projects.
• Must be deadline-oriented.
• Attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability, LEED WELL guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Prepare construction documents and specifications.
• Update design documents and redlines.
• Conduct field surveys with team as required.
• Participate in the design process as directed.
• Provide material, product, and system research and compile project data.
• Plot/Prepare drawings for digital transmittance to consultants, clients and/or contractor.
• Follow Nelson standards and guidelines in deliverables.
