Job summary
NELSON is seeking a Senior Technical Designer to join our Healthcare Practice. The Senior Technical Designer will lead and contribute to design, documentation, and construction efforts for healthcare facilities, including hospitals and medical centers.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
- 10+ years of experience in architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead team in preparation of construction documentation.
- Partner with Project Manager in overall delivery of project goals.
- Lead or participate in design charrettes and project team meetings.
- Mentor and direct design work of teammates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consultants and vendors.
- Produce project documentation and ensure code compliance.
- Coordinate technical details for system integration.
- Prepare and modify architectural documents and drawings.
- Oversee coordination and quality assurance of documents.
