Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Consultant to work with healthcare clients on complex assignments, leveraging independent judgment to frame situations and deliver practical, data-driven solutions. You will lead analyses, develop KPI metrics, and mentor junior staff, all while driving value for clients across revenue cycle, operations, and strategic initiatives.

Formación

• Six+ years of healthcare or healthcare-industry experience including revenue cycle, hospital, accounting, audit, private equity, or healthcare operations.
• BA/BS and/or MBA/MS in Accounting, Finance, or related healthcare fields such as MHA/MSP(H).
• Experience with revenue cycle in hospital or large health systems and understanding of RCM KPIs.
• Strong software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, SPSS, Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Assess current performance of healthcare client operations through interviews, observations, data review, and process mapping.
• Lead financial and operational analyses, including 13-week cash flow forecasts and pro forma models.
• Develop KPI metrics and drive narrative for project deliverables and presentations.
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable recommendations.
• Design and implement best-practice workflows to improve quality and financial outcomes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and ensure timely, zero-defect delivery.
