Sagility is a trusted partner for healthcare operations transformation. We are seeking a solutions architect to translate business needs into scalable architectures, lead client workshops, and shape pre-sales strategies that connect clinical workflows with technology platforms.

You will work with HL7, FHIR, HIPAA standards and integrate with Epic/Cerner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value and cost-effective solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of healthcare payer/provider systems, HL7/FHIR, and HIPAA regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to design high-level healthcare payer solutions using COTS products and custom components.
• Automation, RPA, analytics, and GenAI experience is a plus.
• Business storytelling: translate technical concepts into business value.
• Customer-facing experience in pre-sales, solutioning, or consulting.
• Analytical ability to tackle complex requirements and derive effective solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management methodologies and coordinating stakeholders.
• Leadership: mentor junior staff and influence technical decisions.
• Business acumen: align tech decisions with business impact.
• Problem-solving: proactive in identifying issues and solutions.
• Adaptability: flexible in changing requirements and priorities.

Aufgaben

• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, outcome-focused narratives tailored to customer challenges and opportunities.
• Lead or participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and whiteboarding to uncover pain points and co-create solutions.
• Create pre-sales/high-level architectural blueprints and data-flow models detailing system structure and integration points.
• Architect solutions that leverage HL7, FHIR, HIPAA and integrate with healthcare platforms (Epic, Cerner).
• Define integration strategies and implementation plans with delivery teams.
• Estimate and size IT operations and cloud infra requirements for delivery.
• Support sales with collateral, demos, and value propositions.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to best practices in solutioning.
• Define and track metrics for solution success and value delivery.
