We're seeking a strategic and empatheticSales Managerto lead our remote phone-based sales operations and convert and help, families inquiring about care, into loyal clients.
We are looking for an experienced and drivenRemote Phone Sales Managerwho can oversee our inbound and outbound sales processes, focusing on educating families, converting inquiries into clients, and maintaining a strong referral presence. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position requires arelationship-based, consultative approachthat is heavily rooted in trust, empathy, and understanding of the Clients needs, and the home care landscape.
Lead and manage inbound and outbound phone sales efforts with a focus on home care services
Educate potential clients and their families about our services, answering questions with empathy and accuracy.
Convert warm leads into clients by identifying care needs and offering tailored solutions.
Maintain CRM records of all conversations, follow-ups, and outcome.
Work closely with the scheduling, operations, and care teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
Meet weekly and monthly conversion targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Identify objections or hesitations and guide families with compassion through their care decisions with confidence and peace of mind.
Ensure all sales practices follow HIPAA and ethical marketing guidelines
1+ years of experience in a phone-based sales role (healthcare, home care, or senior services preferred)
Proven ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone.
Deep understanding of senior care, long-term care insurance, and healthcare service coordination (preferred)
Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable navigating emotional conversations, handling highly stressed individuals, and family dynamics.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRMs, call tracking systems, and remote communication tools
Able to work reliably on Hawaii Standard Time (HST)
Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
