Role & responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through door-to-door visits, for Jr Sales executive, which is in control of Sr. sales executiev. Sr sales executive will get leads from us and his responsibility is to close that client and also create a strong relationship with that client.
- Customer Engagement: Educate customers about the benefits of rooftop solar systems, addressing their queries, and explaining financial incentives or savings.
- Site Assessment: Conduct initial assessments of rooftops to evaluate feasibility for solar installation, considering factors like orientation, shading, and structural integrity.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with customers, aiming for referrals and potential repeat business.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the company, contributing to the growth and profitability of the business.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Education:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or Diploma.
- Graduate in any discipline (Arts, Commerce, or Engineering preferred).
- Basic Technical knowledge will be of advantage.
2. Experience:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in solar, electrical, or energy-related products.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also be considered.
3. Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms to customers.
- Basic understanding of solar power systems is preferred (training will be provided if required).
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct door-to-door visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
