Steer Health is seeking a Senior Healthcare SaaS Trainer to build and lead our training function. You will own onboarding, enablement, and act as a trusted product voice with clients and prospects, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and People Operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years training users on healthcare SaaS or health IT platforms.
• Hands-on familiarity with EHR/EMR environments and workflows in hospitals and physician groups.
• Proven experience teaching complex SaaS applications to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build the training program from the ground up for Steer Health customers and internal teams.
• Own onboarding, enablement, and role-based learning paths across departments.
• Deliver product demonstrations and develop demo scripts and training content.
