Job summary

Experian Health seeks a Senior Director of Client Education to lead Learning & Development for external clients across its product portfolio. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution of scalable education programs including ILT, eLearning, video tutorials, and a client portal.

You will build and lead a team of instructional designers and client educators, championing innovative practices and AI-powered content enhancement to improve adoption, proficiency, and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in Learning & Development.
• 8+ years' experience with Client Education.
• 8+ years' experience training leadership, including building teams, leading teams, within healthcare technology, SaaS, or revenue cycle management environments.
• Demonstrated experience developing and scaling blended learning programs for external clients or end-users.
• Experience applying AI in L&D to accelerate content development, improve quality, and increase efficiency.
• Hands-on experience with eLearning authoring tools and LMS administration.
• Healthcare revenue cycle knowledge and familiarity with Experian Health solutions are beneficial.
• 5+ years' experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Lead vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Client Education across Experian Health products.
• Architect scalable blended learning programs (ILT, virtual, on-demand) for external clients.
• Set standards for instructional quality, accessibility, and curriculum consistency.
• Oversee LMS administration, enrollment, reporting, and analytics.
• Guide change management during product releases and adoption efforts.
