Responsibilities

• Delivers strong operational performance by adhering to Aramark Healthcare standards and regulatory programs.
• Drives customer satisfaction and maintains client relationships through rounding.
• Ensures compliance with sanitation and workplace safety standards.
• Supervises and develops Retail Supervisors and front-line staff; manages cash handling, merchandising, and cost control.
• Develops and implements retail services plans to improve service, quality and profitability.
• Uses customer feedback to improve retail services and respond to needs.
• Interacts with client management to maintain relationships and identify service expansion opportunities.
• Provides direction for Retail Managers and staff; oversees scheduling and performance management.
• Forecasts operational components and explains variances; manages the department's accounting functions.
