Job summary

Aramark SeniorLIFE+ seeks a Regional Director of Operations to lead a portfolio of healthcare and senior living communities in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. This hands-on leader reports to the Market Vice President and oversees 8–12 locations, guiding strategic direction, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with people-first leadership, coaches General Managers, and drives safety, uniformity, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Regional or multi-site operations leadership with accountability for multiple locations and direct ownership of business results.
• Full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, labor management, productivity, cost controls, and profitability.
• Experience leading through General Managers and other operational leaders, developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, senior living, or similar healthcare operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for a multi-site portfolio across the Northeast region.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and site leadership teams to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong client partnerships through proactive communication and execution.
• Drive accountability and adherence to operational standards across all locations.
• Own regional business performance including profitability, labor management, and cost controls.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement sustainable solutions.
• Foster a culture of safety, inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with support teams to drive talent development and engagement initiatives.
• Support new business growth, transitions, and strategic initiatives as needed.
