Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Patient Service Supervisor in New Jersey to plan, coordinate, and direct all activities related to the food production system and retail programs. The role includes oversight during the director's absence, with required availability from 6:00am to 2:30pm and every other weekend.

The position emphasizes maintaining high standards of service, budget planning, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations while managing food production staff and retail operations.

Qualifications

• Requires effective verbal and written communication with clients, customers and staff.
• Ability to write letters, summaries and reports in prescribed formats.
• Strong mathematical concepts including probability, statistics, and basic analytics.
• Ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios to practical situations.
• Demonstrates management and leadership skills with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a positive customer service attitude toward customers and staff.
• Supports budgeting and planning for short- and long-term financial objectives.
• Directs resources of the Food Service Department to provide service for patients and staff.
• Oversees food production and cost-control measures.
• Monitors unit performance via customer satisfaction and financial reports.
