Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead large initiatives across clinical operations. You will define scope, align stakeholders, create schedules, and monitor budget, timelines and risks.

The role requires managing complex programs in a healthcare services environment. Candidates should bring strong communication, leadership in a matrix organization, and proficiency with project management software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• PMI certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or MPM are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently develops and executes large projects with scope, budget, timeline and resources.
• Establishes communication plans and coordinates stakeholders affecting scope, budget and schedule.
• Leads project schedules, tracks milestones and escalates timeline issues as needed.
• Manages risk, quality metrics and documentation for project deliverables.
• Coordinates with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution.
