Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, project management, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience in healthcare.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or other relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex healthcare projects on time and within budget
2. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
4. Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely updates
5. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and administrative teams to ensure successful project implementation
6. Prepare and present project reports to senior leadership
7. Ensure all projects comply with relevant healthcare regulations and best practices

Annual Salary Range:

$135,000 – $160,000 (commensurate with experience)

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Director of Healthcare Operations.

Qualifications:
