Job summary

SCP Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently lead large healthcare projects from inception to delivery. You will define scope, manage budgets, risks, and timelines while coordinating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure quality outcomes.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organizational skills, and leadership in a collaborative environment. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years PM experience are expected; PMP/ACP/CSM/MPM certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• PM certifications such as PMP/ACP/CSM/MPM are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes large projects including timeline, scope, budget and deliverables.
• Establishes effective project communication plans and ensures execution.
• Coordinates communication with stakeholders impacting scope, budget, schedule and resources.
• Assists in defining project scope and objectives with stakeholders.
• Assembles schedules with team assignments and monitors daily progress.
• Tracks milestones and adjusts plans/resources to meet needs.
• Coordinates team members and escalates issues as needed.
• Monitors project performance and ensures quality and gate approvals.
• Prepares status reports and maintains documentation.
• Obtains customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Facilitates change requests and coordinates with third parties/vendors.
• Participates in continuous process improvements for the PMO.
