ECU Health is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the Transformation Execution Office in managing mid-sized organizational projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, lead planning, budgeting and risk mitigation, and ensure alignment with strategic goals across multiple units.

You will guide project discovery, develop schedules, and monitor value realization while motivating teams to excel.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 5+ years of Project Management, progressive leadership, and/or Change Execution experience.
• PMP Certification required within 18 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Perform project management tasks under the guidance of experienced project or program managers.
• Manage organizational projects from small to medium size with low to moderate complexity.
• Lead cross-functional projects across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
• Engage remote staff and vendors to achieve objectives.
• Lead project discovery activities such as RFPs, business case development, and security risk assessment.
• Build project plans down to the WBS level with team participation.
• Create detailed schedules, milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project budgets and perform risk assessments.
