Job summary

STV, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare in Seattle to lead capital programs for healthcare facilities, including budgeting, planning, design, bidding, and construction. The role represents owners and coordinates with design professionals and contractors.

The candidate will guide a high-performing team through lifecycle stages, manage schedules and finances, and ensure quality and stakeholder satisfaction across complex healthcare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of infrastructure owner representative/project management experience in hospital/healthcare.
• Experience managing at least $100 million in healthcare construction.
• Experience with high-rise construction and large, complex healthcare projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with executives and stakeholders.
• Proficient with PM software including MS Project and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional healthcare infrastructure projects and programs.
• Negotiate scope changes, staffing, and fees on behalf of STV.
• Develop program structures and resource requirements.
• Manage client relationships and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Mentor team members and guide project team through lifecycle.
