Job summary

STV is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager in Seattle, WA, to lead owner representative assignments for hospital, healthcare system, pharmaceutical and life sciences facilities. You will guide design, bidding, construction, commissioning and move management across complex programs, collaborating with senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical renovations and owner representative/project management experience.
• Experience managing at least $50 million in healthcare or related projects.
• Ability to lead high-rise healthcare construction teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.

• Assist Senior Managers in leading the project team and mentoring staff.
• Manage staff, project financials and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional healthcare projects with high complexity.
