Job summary

STV is seeking a Senior Project Manager-Healthcare in Seattle, WA. The role focuses on owner representation for capital programs, facility upgrades, renovations and additions for healthcare facilities.

You will guide design professionals and contractors through all project phases, from budgeting to closeout, collaborating with executive leadership. The ideal candidate brings 15+ years of healthcare PjM/owner rep experience, strong communication, and proven ability to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical engineering with commensurate years of industry experience.
• Minimum of 15 years of infrastructure owner representative/project management experience, specifically in Hospital, Healthcare Systems.
• Demonstrated history in managing a minimum of $100 million in healthcare or related construction types.
• Demonstrated experience in managing high-rise construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience in managing program/project teams on large complex healthcare projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team under executive managers.
• Set goals, policies and procedures to guide the project/program and mentor team members.
• Manage staff, recruit new staff, manage program financials and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional healthcare infrastructure projects/programs with demanding resources and risk.
• Negotiate scope changes, staffing and fees on behalf of STV.
• Develop program structures and resource plans; manage client relationships.
