Job summary

STV, Inc. in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to lead capital programs and owner representative duties for healthcare projects from design through closeout.

You will guide the project team, manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. The role requires strong healthcare project experience, leadership, and the ability to coordinate with design professionals, contractors, and clients across multiple facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 10+ years of clinical renovations and owner representative/project management experience in Hospital, Healthcare Systems, Pharmaceutical or Laboratory projects.
• Experience managing a minimum of $50 million in healthcare or related construction.
• Experience managing high-rise construction projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to forecast issues and develop solutions while maintaining safety, quality, schedule and budget.
• Experience supervising people including recruitment and training.
• Proficiency with PM software and general Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional healthcare projects and initiatives with demanding resource requirements and complexity.
• Monitor design and construction to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Define and assign project responsibilities to team members.
• Mentor team members to grow skills and maintain a high performing team.
• Manage project finances, cash flow analyses, and invoices.
• Forecast risks and address liabilities to maintain project health.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet objectives.
• Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Communicate complex ideas to executives to gain alignment.
• Assist in evaluating and implementing standards and procedures for project success.
• Provide guidance and instruction to less experienced staff.
