McGough is seeking a Senior Superintendent for the National Healthcare Team to oversee planning, safety, and field operations on large healthcare projects including acute care hospitals. You will coordinate with Sr. Project Managers, supervise field staff and subcontractors, and drive schedule adherence and budget control.

You will mentor junior staff, lead Lean initiatives, and ensure quality control and safety compliance across multiple sites. Travel and office-based work in TX may be required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 15+ years of construction experience.
• 10 years Healthcare experience including the delivery of complex healthcare projects.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Bluebeam.
• Ability to supervise multiple superintendents and/or assistants on larger scale projects.
• Ability to organize and facilitate Superintendent meetings.
• Assist with Human Development by mentoring Superintendents, Assistants and Foreman's through various training programs.
• Demonstrated experience initiating and driving continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all Pre-Construction related tasks including building crisis management plan, schedule, site logistics plan, site specific rules and regulations, and safety plan.
• Oversee all McGough field staff, subcontractors and suppliers engaged in assigned projects; conduct daily huddles and weekly work plans.
• Develop and manage the project schedule with Project Management; ensure updates.
• Coordinate RFIs and procurement of materials, tools and equipment with Project Management.
• Ensure Quality Control with QC and Project Management; develop Procore activities and punch lists.
• Maintain on-site documentation and As-Built drawings.
• Manage project budget, labor, materials and equipment; track cost projections.
• Coordinate project closeout tasks including punch list, commissioning, and owner training.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement culture on site; promote standard work and Pull-Plan sessions.
• Foster strong client, design team and subcontractor relationships.
