Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; healthcare/business/science preferred.
5+ years relevant work experience, including 2 years managing medium to large projects.
Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience.

Responsibilities

Manages multiple complex projects.
Leads business planning, strategic planning, financial analysis, affiliations and contracts, staffing, facilities planning and operations development.
Coordinates resources, data, information and personnel for project completion.
Monitors progress against plan and budget; adjusts plans with sponsor approval.
Maintains regular communication with project stakeholders on progress.
Analyzes issues and data; presents findings and recommendations to leadership.
Follows up to evaluate effectiveness of projects.
Serves as lead for long-term projects when requested.
Provides support for areas of responsibility requiring project management and operations expertise.
