Job summary

The role acts as liaison among clients, consultants, contractors and regulators, manages multiple projects, and communicates progress, risks and milestones to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Seven years’ experience with construction management, including planning and scheduling processes, contract terms, building codes, financial reporting and monitoring systems.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience; Architect Certification or PE License.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains clear communication, leads and initiates problem resolution related to project scope.
• Works with clients to understand needs, develop project goals, and manage expectations.
• Serves as liaison between multiple client groups, consultants, contractors, regulatory agents, vendors and stakeholders.
• Responds promptly to internal and external customer requests.
• Initiates improvement recommendations for department scores for employee engagement.
