Job summary

Seattle Children’s is seeking a seasoned project management professional to act as a liaison ensuring projects align with institutional goals and deliver final results. You will lead end-to-end project initiatives, coordinate with vendors and staff, and drive improvement initiatives across the organization.

The role requires guiding large project teams from initiation to close, communicating with stakeholders, and modeling program excellence in a mission-driven hospital setting in Seattle, WA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in health administration, business, or project management.
• Minimum of 5 years related experience, including at least 3 years managing projects.
• Experience leading a large project team on a large scale project (budget, impact, or time).
• Demonstrated successful experience working with vendors, consultants and other purchased services.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison to align projects with institutional goals and drive final results.
• Lead development, execution, issue resolution, communication and delivery of each project.
• Serve as primary point of contact for large projects requiring leadership and experience.
• Coach staff in coordinating and managing project activities and foster a culture of improvement across the institution.
