Qualifications

• 3+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned aspects of safety and quality plans.
• Coordinates QA/QC planning to ensure quality.
• Assists in estimating and change management processes.
• Works on site with project team to monitor crew size, hours, materials and equipment.
• Coordinates and inspects work and prepares progress reports.
• Manages logistics for shop drawings and procurement logs.
• Develops and maintains project schedules and reports.
• Supports closeout activities including punch lists and manuals.
