Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, a leader in healthcare construction, seeks a Project Manager I to provide direction for projects in Dallas. You will oversee planning, coordination with clients and design teams, and management of subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field and 5+ years of construction management experience, with strong organization and safety leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• May require travel and/or relocation; non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of project management for a portion or whole project.
• Maintains relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Manages prestart, buyout, submittals and change requests per project plan.
• Develops and updates project schedule; tracks resources and procurement.
• Prepares monthly cost/margin forecasts and assists in budgeting.
• Communicates decisions affecting budget, schedule, quality and safety.
