Job summary

Little, a national design firm focused on healthcare, is seeking a Project Architect to join its Healthcare Studio in Charlotte. You will lead projects from concept through construction, collaborating with a team of architects, landscape architects, and engineers to deliver high-quality healthcare facilities.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of healthcare design experience, strong Revit skills, and a proven ability to mentor teammates while communicating clearly with clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Healthcare design and documentation.
• Strong Autodesk Revit proficiency.
• Thorough knowledge of architectural design, detailing, codes, and building material characteristics.
• Thorough understanding of industry standards and building codes.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple team members, consultant groups and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand the client and various stakeholders’ vision and key factors for project success.
• Ability to travel as projects require.
• High level of leadership skills, as well as clear and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce contract documents and construction administration.
• Lead with autonomy; guide teams and shape project outcomes.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, architects, and engineers.
• Manage the entire project journey from concept through construction administration.
• Maintain accountability for project success and deliver a solid final product.
• Provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
