Little, a nationally recognized design firm, seeks a Project Manager for its Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on high-quality design, a collaborative work style, and leading projects with a growth mindset.

This position supports master planning, interiors, ambulatory care, and hospitals, with 32 hours in-office and 8 hours flex. You will liaison with clients, set schedules and budgets, produce contract documents, and manage construction administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office and Newforma is desirable
• Ability to travel regionally

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare projects from scoping to construction administration.
• Produce contract documents and manage construction administration.
• Coordinate with in-house teams and external consultants.
• Develop work plans, scopes and proposals with leadership.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets with clear documentation.
• Mentor team members and foster collaboration.
