Qualifications

• Registered Architect required or equivalent licensure.
• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare architecture & design industry.
• Deep healthcare experience in North Carolina.
• Experience as an account or client manager, including financial management.
• Strong experience with Business development.
• Leadership experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Healthcare Studio in Charlotte, NC as Studio Principal within the Corporate Leadership team.
• Direct involvement with clients and their goals from the start.
• Collaborate with the Office President and Healthcare Practice Leader to grow the Studio and client mix.
• Provide autonomy and responsibility for the Studio with backing of a large firm.
