Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Newforma preferred.
• Ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare design projects from scope to completion with a clear client liaison.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans with team.
• Produce contract documents and manage construction administration.
• Coordinate with consultants and maintain documentation.
