Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead healthcare design projects from concept through construction docs.
• Coordinate with multiple engineering disciplines and owners.
• Ensure code compliance and healthcare facility requirements.
• Oversee QA/QC reviews and design deliverables.
• Mentor architectural team members and support client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Leading architectural design and project delivery for healthcare, hospital, and institutional building projects.
• Developing design concepts, layouts, and architectural solutions that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, construction documents, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinating architectural designs with mechanical, electrical, civil, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
• Managing project schedules, design deliverables, and coordination between internal teams, subconsultants, and external stakeholders.
• Ensuring designs comply with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, healthcare regulations, and relevant design standards.
• Performing QA/QC reviews of drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Supporting client meetings, design presentations, project planning, and construction administration.
• Reviewing contractor submittals, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits when required.
• Providing leadership, mentorship, and technical guidance to architectural team members.
