Altus Architectural Studios, Inc. in Golden, CO seeks an Architect Project Manager to lead client engagement and project delivery from initial concept through construction.

You will drive project profitability, resource planning, and staff development while partnering with principals on design strategy and QA/QC. The role requires a BS in Architecture, architectural registration, and 10–15 years of healthcare project experience, with strong presentation, team leadership, and communication

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science in Architecture required with architectural registration.
• 10–15 years of healthcare project experience preferred.
• Strong presentation, client engagement, team building, organizational, and communication skills essential.

Mansioni

• Lead project teams with Project Principal and Design Principal to set goals and work plans that meet client and firm objectives.
• Assure technical quality throughout project planning and design lifecycle.
• Enforce QA/QC process standards.
• Develop and maintain positive client relations and communicate options for resolution clearly.
• Mentor staff, share lessons learned, and provide leadership in decision-making processes.
• Drive project profitability through forecasting, billing, and timely collections.
• Support marketing efforts, contribute to proposals, and help develop project fees.
