Job summary

Array Architects is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead healthcare design initiatives, transforming complex requirements into elegant, functional environments that support patient care.

You will manage the design and production teams, coordinate consultants, ensure QA/QC standards, and mentor junior staff while engaging clients throughout documentation and decision-making processes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required.
• At least 10 years of design experience, healthcare focus.
• Strong Revit skills and technical design understanding.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
• High EQ and leadership with mentorship ability.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the project delivery strategy.
• Lead production teams and coordinate consultants.
• Ensure QA/QC and life-safety compliance.
