Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Architect with healthcare and modular/offsite construction expertise to lead the design and technical execution of complex healthcare projects.

This is a highly autonomous, remote opportunity for an architect who collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, and works with healthcare clients, design consultants, modular manufacturers, vendors, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure projects meet design and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as an architect in healthcare context.
• Experience with modular/offsite construction.
• Knowledge of FGI Guidelines, NFPA, IBC.
• Proficient in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Ability to lead design teams and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and planning of modular healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate with consultants and regulators.
• Review construction documents for accuracy.
• Support permitting with AHJs.
• Mentor junior team members.
• Assist in business development and pursuits.
