Job summary

CVS Health is hiring for the Aetna Enterprise Delivery team to lead strategic technology initiatives in the Commercial segment. You will guide complex programs, coach Agile teams, and partner with Technology, Business, and Operations to drive delivery outcomes.

The role requires strong program management, Scrum experience, and the ability to align stakeholders, manage budgets, and measure progress with established metrics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management leading Agile, cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years delivering programs in large matrixed organizations.
• 2+ years building teams of PMs and Scrum Masters.
• 2+ years applying Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Run programs with budgets of $10M+ across multiple large projects.
• Manage Agile resources, contractors, and matrixed team members.
• Plan activities, run meetings, prepare reports and tracking.
• Ensure deliverables are created, maintained, and updated.
• Coordinate with senior leaders across the company.
