Job summary

PartsSource, Inc. is seeking a Service Program Manager to ensure operational and financial performance for key service accounts, deploying processes, technology, and delivery improvements to optimize customer experience.

This role requires collaboration across internal teams and external partners, serving as a primary contact for healthcare partners to ensure their needs are understood and issues resolved with urgency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent healthcare related experience.
• Experience with service operations in complex healthcare systems.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and ISO 9001/13485 standards.
• Experience managing customer and supplier relationships and operational strategies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee service request process (preventative and corrective) for the assigned account.
• Maintain stakeholder communication on service activities to meet expectations.
• Coordinate critical priorities for the service team and align with program goals.
• Gather customer input to align needs with program scope and objectives.
• Coordinate and manage vendor resources to achieve program goals.
• Identify and mitigate risks to the service program’s success.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, or budget.
• Monitor program metrics and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage the program budget and expenditures.
