Job summary

CORE Construction in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to lead the healthcare team through the preconstruction phase of complex projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation, trade coordination, and a smooth transition from preconstruction to construction.

You will oversee Preconstruction Managers, collaborate with clients and partners, manage risk, develop early cost models, and ensure adherence to healthcare standards including ICRA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification is required.
• ICRA certification and/or experience is required.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction efforts, overseeing communication, deliverables, options and estimates.
• Coordinate with Senior Preconstruction Manager and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination and project timelines.
• Develop early-stage cost models using historical data and unit pricing.
• Provide VE options and risk mitigation planning.
