Job summary

CORE is seeking a Sr. Preconstruction Manager to support our Healthcare Team in Flagstaff/Northern Arizona. This role will oversee the entire preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation, coordination of trade partners, and a seamless transition from preconstruction to construction.

The Sr. Preconstruction Manager leads project-specific preconstruction efforts, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and supports inpatient healthcare

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• Healthcare Construction Certification required.
• Certified Healthcare Construction certification.
• ICRA certification and/or experience.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preconstruction efforts, ensuring timely deliverables and accurate estimates.
• Identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Senior and Assistant Preconstruction Managers.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines.
• Review QTOs and breakdowns prepared by APMs.
• Lead preconstruction workshops and training.
