Zusammenfassung

CORE is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to oversee the preconstruction phase of complex healthcare projects in Tucson and southern Arizona. You will manage estimates, design coordination, trade input, and ensure adherence to healthcare construction standards including ICRA and certified practices.

Lead Assistant Preconstruction Managers, coordinate with clients and trade partners, and guide the handoff from preconstruction to construction while maintaining schedule and budget discipline.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience
• Healthcare construction experience (required)
• Healthcare Construction Certification (required)
• Certified Healthcare Construction certification
• ICRA certification and/or experience
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Building Connected, Construct Connect
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

Aufgaben

• Lead preconstruction efforts as project lead, overseeing communication, deliverables, options, and estimates
• Coordinate with Senior and Assistant Preconstruction Managers
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines
• Review QTOs and breakdowns prepared by APMs
• Develop early-stage cost models using historical data
• Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Present deliverables to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate handoff to operations teams
