Job summary

Renaissance Personnel Group is seeking a Healthcare Preconstruction Manager in Tucson, AZ. You will lead preconstruction for healthcare projects, develop budgets, and partner with designers and owners to optimize value and constructability on ambulatory centers and clinics.

This senior role requires 8+ years of healthcare preconstruction experience, CMAR/Design-Build exposure, and strong MEP estimating skills. Occasional travel to Phoenix/Boise and full benefits accompany a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial preconstruction or estimating experience with healthcare projects.
• Experience estimating ASCs, MOBs, clinics or hospital renovations from conceptual through GMP.
• Knowledge of FGI Guidelines, ICRA/ILSM, NFPA 99/101 and state healthcare licensing.
• Strong MEP estimating knowledge; medical gas, imaging and surgical suite experience preferred.
• Experience with CMAR and design-build; IPD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for healthcare projects across Southern Arizona.
• Develop conceptual to CD estimates and carry projects through GMP buyout.
• Collaborate early with owners, architects and engineers on budgets and VE.
• Perform MEP-heavy cost reviews including medical gas and imaging systems.
• Incorporate ICRA/ILSM and phasing for work in active healthcare environments.
• Support CMAR, design-build and IPD pursuits, including tribal projects.
• Build relationships with healthcare subcontractors and track market pricing.
