Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years preconstruction experience.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.
• Experience supporting inpatient healthcare projects and ICRA certification preferred.

• Lead preconstruction efforts for healthcare projects and oversee communication, deliverables, options, and estimates.
• Identify challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Preconstruction Managers and trade partners.
• Oversee bid processes, trade coordination, and project timelines.
• Review QTOs and cost breakdowns prepared by APMs.
• Develop early-stage cost models using historical data.
