Job summary

Paycom seeks a Project Manager for Enterprise Initiatives to lead cross-functional projects that drive organizational goals and process improvements. You will coordinate timelines, manage risks, and deliver initiatives with collaboration across departments, while aligning with PMO standards in a fully remote role.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of project management or healthcare-related experience, with PMP or CAPM and Lean Six Sigma preferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 2–5 years of project management, coordination, operations, business improvement, or healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects.
• Healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and status reports.
• Coordinate project activities across multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate key updates, risks, and decisions.
• Monitor project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and budgets.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with project teams.
• Support operational improvement and change management efforts.
• Ensure projects adhere to PMO standards and best practices.
• Prepare project updates and presentations for leadership.
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across teams.
