Job summary

Alder is expanding its Business Development team and hiring a Senior Client Liasion to strengthen Alder’s referral presence across hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and select physician practices throughout Fairfield County (CT) and Westchester County (NY).

This field-based role requires hands-on experience in healthcare business development or provider relations and involves building practical, trusted relationships to generate consistent referrals and support care

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of healthcare business development or provider relations experience.
• Experience with hospitals, SNF, home health, or rehab settings preferred.
• Comfort working in clinical environments with frontline and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with hospitals, SNF and rehab partners.
• Engage home health and VNA leadership to create referral pathways.
• Develop physician referral pathways with select specialties.
• Represent Alder in the community and at clinical meetings.
• Track activities and referrals using HubSpot.
